How long will my order take to get to me?
Due to COVID-19 your delivery may experience delays in getting to you.
Right now every order containing a rigid item (charm or button) will be sent as a standard parcel. Flat items such as stickers will be sent as letter mail. On average, if you're outside Australia you can expect your package to arrive in 5-14 business days. If you want a more accurate estimate, feel free to message me!
Can I get tracking on my order?
By default orders don't include tracking, however if you want tracking just message me and I'll organise it for you :)
Why is shipping so expensive?
For now, during COVID-19, letter mail for non-document items has ceased to international recipients from Australia. Until letter mail resumes, prices for rigid items are based on standard delivery parcel prices.
What do you mean by 'lightly water resistant?'
The materials used to create the stickers is water resistant, so it can go on things like water bottles. But, through some testing, I've found that when the stickers become wet there's a chance the print will become slightly distorted. This isn't to the extent of running ink everywhere though and for the most part the print remains the same!
